Community Manager (Sarasota)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager, located in Sarasota, FL. The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. This includes managing resident relations, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and implementing marketing and leasing strategies. The role also involves financial management, including budgeting and reporting, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and community standards are met. The Community Manager will lead and support the on-site team to achieve property goals and foster a positive living environment for residents.

• Property management, resident relations, and team leadership skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Marketing and leasing strategy skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Sarasota, FL
• 2+ years of Previous experience in residential property management is required
