Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager, located in Sarasota, FL. The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. This includes managing resident relations, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and implementing marketing and leasing strategies. The role also involves financial management, including budgeting and reporting, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and community standards are met. The Community Manager will lead and support the on-site team to achieve property goals and foster a positive living environment for residents.
