Senior Frontend Engineer (React + TypeScript)

This position is a direct-hire role with our client. Open to remote or hybrid candidates near Milwaukee, WI. Remote employees must travel to Milwaukee once per month. U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer (React + TypeScript) with deep expertise in building modern, performant, and maintainable single-page applications (SPAs). You'll work in a TypeScript-heavy environment, collaborating with project managers, business users, and backend engineers to deliver elegant user interfaces that power our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain React-based SPAs using TypeScript.
• Translate complex UI / UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI with APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and documentation to improve development velocity.
• Stay current with evolving frontend technologies, frameworks, and tooling.
