About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Python and emerging GenAI development tools to help build, integrate, and scale AI‑powered capabilities across the enterprise. You will work with modern AI agent frameworks, internal developer tools, and cutting‑edge engineering practices to support applications being built with generative AI.
This role is part of the Cyber LOB and focuses on enabling secure, enterprise‑ready GenAI solutions for development teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate GenAI capabilities for the enterprise development community.Evaluate, integrate, and productionize GenAI tools and platforms.Explore and implement AI technologies, including AI Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.Build, maintain, and enhance internal developer tools and applications.Apply modern engineering practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated release pipelines.Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and security teams to ensure safe and compliant AI adoption.Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including systems architecture and application development.1+ years of hands‑on experience with GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot / Coding Agents, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, or similar.Strong proficiency in Python (required).Experience building distributed systems, APIs, or backend services.Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing or deploying AI Agents or MCP servers .Strong experience with Java .Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.Experience integrating or scaling AI technologies within large enterprises.Background in secure development practices or cyber‑focused environments.
