About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Automation Programs team. This role will support the execution and optimization of marketing automation lifecy cle campaign initiatives designed to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on campaign execution experience and a passion for continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities

Marketing Automation Program Execution & Optimization

• Assist with the setup, execution, and monitoring of automated lifecycle campaigns (email workflows such as : renewal, churn prevention, nurture programs, etc. as well as A / B tests and optimizations etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement data-driven campaign adjustments in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
