What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the implementation and oversight of innovative safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote ongoing improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive safety audits and inspections regularly.
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly, implement corrective actions, and manage the workers' compensation process effectively.
- Collaborate with management to foster a strong culture of safety while providing motivational leadership to employees.
Your Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, including MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.Exceptional communication and training skills, with the ability to inspire and educate others.Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive safety improvements.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach.Proficiency in computer skills, especially with MS Office applications and safety-related software.Work Environment
This role involves regular site visits complemented by office-based tasks.Travel may be required to various locations within your assigned area.Must be adaptable to working in a range of weather conditions.What We Offer
