Production DepartmentPlanning DepartmentSales DepartmentEngineering DepartmentWarehouse DepartmentResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Release bulk and finished good products for production in accordance with the planned schedule.Create and maintain Material Dispositions to track disposals.Update and maintain accurate statuses in NetSuite for both bulk products and finished goods.Review external laboratory results to ensure product quality meets required specifications.Distribute validation results to the Engineering Department for review and action.Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) tailored to each customer’s requirements.Create customer approval documents as required to support product release and shipment.Complete and file batch cards accurately to ensure proper documentation and traceability.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, warehouse, sales, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain product integrity.Reach out to vendors to request and obtain required documentation for compliance and quality purposes.Assist in managing customer complaints as needed.Experience :
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.2-3 years of experience in the Cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry preferred.Education :
