Hybrid – 3 days per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Qualifications :

• “The work schedule for the position is hybrid - M / F work from home, T / W / Th in office. Hours can be 7 : 30-3 : 30 or 8 : 00-4 : 00.

Additional in office days are required at end of month and beginning of month.

Maintain multiple project cost control data files for detailed and summary level information of projects in various stages of the project’s life cycle. Process project timesheets and maintain the Time Sheet data base. Ensure correctness of submitted invoices by referencing the timesheet database and confirmed contracts. Obtain payment approval for invoices from Project Managers. Communicate all results and issues to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments within the organization as needed. High school & post-secondary education.

In addition to the Cost Tech 1, the  principal duties and responsibilities the Cost Tech 2 / Intermediate is responsible for the following :

The base pay range for this role is $33.63 - $43.00 / hr.
