Location : In-office | 4-day and 5-day workweek

Compensation : Base + Commission + Bonuses

License : Active P&C license required

Requirements

Position Overview

Sell home, auto, and specialty insurance products

Work warm leads (inbound calls, transfers, and agency-generated traffic)

Follow up on quotes, close deals, and provide exceptional service

Collaborate with team to hit weekly and monthly targets

Maintain compliance with Allstate standards and Louisiana regulations
