Job Responsibilities :
Assist customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily.
Identify and address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote and explain bank products and services to customers.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
