Hospital based Surgery days; Mon & Thurs; 7 : 30-17 : 00 days / times may vary

EMR : Allscripts & Meditech

REQUIRED :

CA state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

Fluoroscopy license

Board Certified or Eligible

BLS & ACLS
