Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic primary care team at Pomerene Family Care . This is a full-spectrum outpatient position, ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages

Collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers and support staff

Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives

Participate in shared call (minimal and phone-only)

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Valid Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
