Pipe Welder – Structural Pipe (Shop-Based)
Location: Metro Denver, CO
Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available (15% shift differential for 2nd shift)
Compensation: $30–$40/hour + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

We’re seeking experienced Pipe Welders to join a high-volume fabrication shop specializing in structural pipe systems, including ASME pressure vessels and process piping. This is a shop-based role with access to cutting-edge equipment, a strong safety culture, and long-term career growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality welding on structural and process piping (FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, MIG)

• Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

• Fit and weld pipe to ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.9 standards

• Operate cranes, rotators, forklifts, and pipe-fitting tools

• Collaborate with supervisors and fabricators to meet production goals

• Maintain safety and quality standards in a team-based shop environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pipe welding/fitting preferred

• Must pass a 6G FCAW weld test prior to or within one week of hire

• Experience with rotators, structural pipe layout, and X-ray quality welds

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Must bring own hand tools by 60 days and meet production benchmarks by 90 days
