Per Diem Float Pool Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based bedside nursing care across various units including Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry.
• Adapt to different clinical environments and patient populations, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating strong clinical judgment.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements :

Per diem Float Pool RNs provide bedside care across multiple Medical / Surgical / Telemetry units and are expected to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. Assignments may vary daily, and candidates must be comfortable floating within their scope of competency.
