Job description

About Us : American Dental Companies is a rapidly growing, doctor-owned dental group based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are currently looking for a Payment Posting Specialist for our corporate office!

The Role : As the Payment Posting Specialist, you'll accurately post insurance payments, adjustments, and charges received on a daily basis. This is a full-time and in-person position.

Payments Posting Specialist Responsibilities

  • Accurately post transactions (payments and adjustments) from various sources daily. Payment sources include Electronic Remittances, paper checks and EOBs, patients, collection agencies, capitation plans, Care Credit and Patient Portals
  • Check and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrated computer and math skills

About You :

  • Dental background is a plus.
  • Team player and great attitude.
  • Must have integrity and be dependable.
  • Be professional in appearance, behavior, and communication.
  • Willing to learn and able to follow a training manual.
