Looking to break into financial services operations at a global scale? This is an opportunity to join a high-impact middle office team supporting private lending activities for high-net-worth and institutional clients. You’ll gain exposure to complex lending products, regulatory controls, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing a strong foundation in risk, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the origination, funding, and ongoing servicing of private lending products
• Partner with advisors and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan applications and lifecycle maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements across all stages of lending
• Interact with cross-regional teams to support a global client base
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong client service mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to manage time-sensitive work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
