Provider Enrollment Pod Captain

A company is looking for a Pod Captain, Provider Enrollment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the provider enrollment group, assigning and prioritizing tasks

Monitor performance metrics and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems and payer portals

Collaborate with leadership to address enrollment obstacles and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle

Strong knowledge of provider data management systems and payer portals

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Thorough understanding of CMS regulations and payer credentialing standards

Knowledge of revenue cycle functions and their impact on billing and collections
