  • Key Responsibilities Train and mentor new and existing medical assistant team members to ensure competencies are met.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing coaching to medical assistants and preceptors.
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, and execution of advanced clinical training programs.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of educational and workflow innovations.
  • Identify and report on clinical safety, quality, and training deficiencies using data analytics.
  • Engage in routine chart audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Complete and participate in RNM training and attend strategic meetings.
  • Fulfill duties as a Medical Assistant for two shifts every pay period, integrating practice with innovation.
  • Participate in the monthly reconciliation of inventory, focusing on efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient patient environment through regular checks and reporting.
  • Potentially serve as the Vaccines for Children program coordinator, leading innovative solutions in vaccination administration.
  • Promote effective working relations within a tech-forward team culture.
  • Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems required.
  • Experience as an LCH Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Bilingual / Spanish fluency preferred for enhanced community engagement.
  • Phlebotomy skills are a plus, contributing to diverse clinical capabilities.
