Role Overview
The AI Finance Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing an enterprise data management strategy. You will develop the "FDL consulting blueprint", design data models for finance applications, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality analytics solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions and technical platform customizations.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring maximum investment value through continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality, risk, and client outcomes.
Collaborate with data scientists, finance team members, and client stakeholders to apply Machine Learning and Gen AI to finance applications.
Define data requirements, architecture, and models for finance applications and maintain a robust data governance framework.
Develop and maintain documentation (data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams, data lineage maps).
Lead the development of an extensible common information model for FDL Blueprint and oversee its implementation.
Support the execution of the overall data management strategy for finance applications.
Travel as required to meet client needs and manage on-site engagements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related roles.
Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, etc.).
Solid understanding of financial data architecture, governance, and master data management.
Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams.
Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and relationship management.
Willingness to travel.
Desired Background
Advanced degrees or certifications in finance, business analytics, or information systems.
Experience leading technology consulting engagements focused on finance transformation.
Familiarity with AI, generative AI, and advanced analytics implementations.
Leadership experience in diverse, high-performing teams.
