Senior Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to deliver analytics and reporting solutions that help track, measure, and optimize automated claims processing solutions. The role will leverage tools like Power BI, Azure Databricks, and SSRS. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience working with the Microsoft SQL BI Stack, including Azure SQL, SSRS, T-SQL, and Power BI. In this role, you'll be responsible for :

• Developing post-production reporting to track solution effectiveness and surface potential issues
• Creating claims impact reporting to assess automation potential, issues or financial impact
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and custom analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Contributing to the research and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance our claims and data ecosystem
