We are seeking an Operations Trainer to support consistent, high-quality training across our production environment. This role is responsible for developing standard work instructions, training production employees, and ensuring training effectiveness through audits and documentation. The Operations Trainer plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and operational readiness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain standard work instructions and training documentation.
- Support and implement consistent training practices across the production area.
- Track and update individual employee training records as needed.
- Validate training effectiveness through the audit process and follow-up assessments.
- Train and coach employees in production roles, supporting their confidence and job success.
- Provide documentation expertise for continuous process improvement (CPI) events and initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, calibrated training is delivered across all production sites.
- Maintain uniform assimilation of new equipment, processes, and products.
- Partner with safety and quality teams to deliver relevant training.
- Support organizational readiness by developing both yourself and others.
- Communicate “best practices” and publish updates as needed.
- Maintain and update area Training Boards weekly with schedules and relevant information.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and support training-related projects.
- Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
