Plant Controller Opportunity

Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Chattanooga. This role partners closely with plant leadership and corporate finance to drive performance, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader with deep cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Leadership & Reporting :

• Oversee all plant-level financial activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal controls.
• Deliver accurate and timely P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting at the plant level.
• Drive financial forecasting, annual budget development, and long-range planning.
