Fieldstone of DeWitt, part of the WellSpire community, represents a new standard in senior living for Clinton County and surrounding areas. Established on a 14-acre campus, this 95,000-square-foot facility emphasizes health and well-being. As a collaboration between WesleyLife and Genesis Health System, Fieldstone of DeWitt offers holistic health programming focused on mind, body, and spirit. Residents and their families benefit from compassionate, clinically excellent care, ensuring peace of mind and enhancing quality of life.

As a Director of Healthcare Services with Fieldstone, you will :

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate the activities and services provided to residents, including personal care, meals, and recreational programs.
• Supervise and support assisted living staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create personalized care plans and ensure residents' individual needs are met.
• Monitor resident health and wellness, coordinating with healthcare providers to address medical needs promptly.
• Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.

Open Shifts Available : Enjoy a four-day workweek! You'll work 10-hour shifts, rotating weekly between MondayThursday and TuesdayFriday.
