A well-established and expanding pediatric healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to step into a Medical Director role within a collaborative, academic-affiliated team. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values leadership, teaching, and clinical excellence in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
Previous leadership experience / medical directorship experience is required for this role.
The Opportunity :
- Join a well-supported and collegial team of 9 hospitalists
- Medical Directorship responsibilities include 15 protected hours / month at $150 / hour
- Daytime shifts only, averaging 10-13 shifts per month
- No NICU, newborn rounding, or hem / onc responsibilities
- Optional night and teaching shifts through a university affiliation, with additional compensation
