The Director, Product Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. Humana's Product organization is seeking a Director of Product Management with deep knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. As a Director, you'll play a key role, responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative customer data and experience solutions that power personalized, data-driven marketing across channels. This role is focused on scaling Adobe Experience Platform as an enterprise platform. Success in this role means continuing to expand AEP into a mature, enterprise-wide platform that delivers measurable impact across Humana's member experience. You'll lead adoption across teams and channels, enable personalized, real-time messaging that increases engagement, conversion, and health outcomes. Your work will enable scalable integration with enterprise platforms and data and provide stakeholders with clear visibility into AEP's performance and value.

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
