A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, responsible for the administration and support of HR / Payroll Technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of HRIS modules and data management activities
Provide Level 1-2 support on HR production issues and assist with testing and reporting
Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions
Required Qualifications :
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of experience in HRIS and technology fields
Demonstrated experience with Workday and HR concepts
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition and test planning
Ability to summarize and present findings to staff at all levels
