Job descriptionGuide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers and answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions. Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied. Maintain high CSI scores Required : Experienced Automotive Service Writer, Advisor EXCELLENT customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills. Motivated to succeed! A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
