ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Account Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide information about insurance products and services.Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Be available to work during business hours :Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm
Friday 9am to 3pmQUALIFICATIONS :
Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Works well with a small team.Positive disposition.Experience in customer service and / or sales preferred.Reliable, consistent and motivated.Spanish speaker preferred.Knowledge of insurance or currently holding a Property & Casualty license.
