No insurance isrequiredto be a member; patients pay a predictable monthly fee. Our team members who interact with patients are fully bilingual in Spanish and English. We offer primary care for all ages in-person, over the phone, and by text message. Community Health Navigators support our members with services beyond just clinical care. At some locations, we also take Medicaid! Healthcare is a family affair. Our goal is to keep mixed-Medicaid eligible families visiting the doctor together and to provide continuity of care as individuals fall in and out of eligibility.

Compensation : $5200 - $6000 per month AT LEAST (and $15 / hr floor guarantee) Uncapped commissions

Job Summary :

We are seeking a confident and outgoing person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position. It involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Outreach : Network in your assigned area to engage potential new patients, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities, and sign them up for a Vamos Health membership.
  • Events : Going to events in the community, setting up tables and establishing strong relationships with potential Vamos partners and collaborators.
  • Relationship Building : Build andmaintainrapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Closing Sales : Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members.
  • Record Keeping : Maintainaccuraterecords of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Feedback : Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communicationskills with a confident and extroverted personality.
  • Ability to work independently and manageyour own schedule.
  • Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus but not required.
  • Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the teamisdesirable.
  • Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
  • Other Requirements :
  • W-9 completion is required for 1099 contract.

    Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed)

    Work Environment :

  • Normally outdoor setting (regardless ofweather) with occasional team huddle at Vamos Health clinic.
  • Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and / or cell phone
  • Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
