Job descriptionNursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Current RN license. No prior experience required. Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their illness or injury.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
