Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy predictable 12-hour day (7a-7p) or night shifts (7p-7a).

Manageable Patient Load : 15-17 patients / day + 1-2 admissions; 4-6 admissions per night with dedicated nocturnists.

Team Approach : Equitable distribution of night shifts, alongside expert ICU and IR support.
