Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for all backgrounds.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, catering to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
- Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients’ mental health journeys.
- Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
- Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.If necessary, possess a provisional license per state regulations.Background in education that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.Passion for mental health and dedication to delivering high-quality care.Commitment to ongoing professional development through free supervision and continuing education opportunities.Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.Strong ethical standards regarding confidentiality and practice.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.Proven time management skills and efficiency in completing documentation and administrative tasks.Why Join Us?
