Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for all backgrounds.
• Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, catering to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients’ mental health journeys.
• Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
• Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care.
