Missionforce is seeking a talented Senior or Lead Member of Technical Staff to join our Salesforce development team. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and government contractors.

You will work with modern Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flow Builder while ensuring applications meet government security and compliance standards. This is a hands-on development position where you'll contribute to mission-critical applications that serve millions of citizens.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Build integrations with government systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Implement Public Sector Solutions features and customizations
• Write clean, efficient code that operates within governor limits
• Create unit tests and maintain code coverage standards
• Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $137,100 to $276,100.
