We are currently looking to hire a Night Shift Lift Operator to join our growing team. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of inventory in our warehouse, ensuring that our products move efficiently from arrival to delivery. Shift Time : 5 : 00PM - 2 : 00AM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

• Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
• Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage
• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Identify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates
• Monitor and address inventory quality issues through routine checks
• Meet productivity targets while efficiently managing resources
• Report inventory discrepancies using the ICAR process and ensure proper documentation
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
