Senior Estimator – Luxury Custom Homes

Salary : $130,000 – $150,000 DOE + Bonus

A premier luxury homebuilder in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for high-end, architect-driven custom homes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented preconstruction professional with a background in multi-million-dollar luxury residential builds and a proven record of long-term stability with previous employers.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience estimating luxury or custom homes (high-end finishes, architect-driven designs, multi-million-dollar budgets)
• Longevity with past companies — ideally 3–5+ years
• Strong understanding of custom residential construction, premium materials, and specialty trades
• Ability to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and complete bid packages
• Experience sourcing supplier quotes and managing subcontractor pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
• Background working with architects, designers, and high-expectation private clients
