This Program Manager will have to work on-site in RTP at least two days a week. The Global Customer Experience (CX) Centers Intellectual Capital (IC) Digitization Project Manager will work with various projects to keep project plans on task. Perform a wide range of tasks, quickly responding to changes in demands, direction and priorities, and accept new challenges, responsibilities and assignments. Able to switch rapidly between different projects with multiple competing priorities in a very fast-paced environment. Majority of effort will allow for remote office and in-office flexibility, with the expectation to occasionally travel to a site-specific office outside of primary worksite.

Success Track Intake : Manage intake requirements to ensure compliance. Manage required meeting series to completion of Intake Phase with handoff to LoE Phase.

Success Track Delivery : Drive Delivery Steering teams based on Intake requirements. Manage Delivery LoE & Steering meetings to ensure : Resource funding and allocation. On-time delivery of Intellectual Capital (IC). Reporting for first time in OSV / Syslog / AFM. Time to Delivery Target. Resource utilization. Quantity / Count. Liaison across multiple originations to ensure required development is completed on-time.

IC Type : Business Development - Initial standardization against what we know today (Examples : Syslog and AFM into Gnosis, IC Toolbox - Creation of new IC teams for ST, discovery of existing process and documentation, etc). Op Model Process creation. New IC Types - From Intake to RTB. Existing IC Type Reboots.

Skills : Program management, Project management, Pmp, Agile.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : 70% of day will be spent tracking project timelines with Project Managers and scheduling meetings with stakeholders and gathering information. 30% of time will be attending meetings with Project teams and working with PM's & engineers to get updates on projects.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
