HVAC Installation Team Leader

Airheads HVAC is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Team Leader in Copperas Cove, Texas! We're looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee HVAC installations, manage apprentices, and ensure top-quality work. We are proud to offer pay of $33-$38 per hour plus bonuses , along with an incremental sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

As an HVAC Installation Team Leader, you set the standard for excellence. You manage an apprentice, ensuring they develop the skills needed for top-quality installation. Every day, you oversee installations, ensuring equipment is installed correctly, efficiently, and up to our high standards. You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, answering questions, and ensuring clients are satisfied. From reviewing blueprints to making final checks, your attention to detail keeps jobs running smoothly and ensures every project meets our quality standards.
