Job description
A company is looking for a Scrum Master Agile Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective application of Agile principles
Partner with product owners to manage the backlog and ensure clear sprint goals
Monitor task progress and foster collaboration and accountability within the team
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps / TFS, Jira, or similar)
