A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Analyst to provide operations support and guidance on the Pharmacy Benefit Management Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist PBM Operations Manager in leading PBM related services and strategic planning
Support escalations and develop holistic solutions to meet customer expectations
Partner with PBM's Operations areas to resolve issues and streamline operational processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years job-related work experience or Associate's degree with 2 years experience)
5 years of Health Plan, Pharmacy, or PBM experience
5 years of Account Management experience (may be concurrent)
Understanding of Fully Insured and ASO benefit set-up
Experience with Microsoft Office
