Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Stretch Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality assisted stretching sessions to help clients reduce pain, increase flexibility, and improve overall mobility. You will also support client education and contribute to a client-first, results-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch therapy sessions

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

Track client progress and record session notes in our CRM system

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the therapy space

Provide basic customer service including scheduling and follow-ups as needed

Educate clients on at-home stretches and body care techniques

Upsell stretch packages or other services when appropriate

Required Skills & Experience

Certification in Stretch Therapy, Personal Training, or a related field (or willingness to complete CNU Fit’s stretch certification)

Experience in bodywork, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy is a plus

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software
