Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Summary :

We are seeking caring and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, support residents’ daily needs, and ensure quality outcomes in accordance with state, federal, and professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct nursing care and support to residents

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident conditions, complete assessments, and promptly report changes

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families

Document all care provided in compliance with regulations and facility policy

Supervise and support CNAs, TMAs, and other care staff as assigned

Promote dignity, safety, and resident-centered care at all times

Qualifications :

Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota (required)

Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred (not required)
