Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Location : Franklin TN

Job Type : Part Time

Compensation : This role is a fully based commission role with a $24 per hour guaranteed rate.

Schedule / Availability : Must be available to work weekends and ideally have availability for one additional weekday. Will work a minimum of 1 day a week but will flex up to 3 based on business needs.

Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website

• subject to change). You will be scheduled 815a-715p (11 hours scheduled working 10 hours after breaks.). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.

Ability to commute / cover other clinics : Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

About This Exciting Role :

The Skin Laundry Aesthetician is responsible for providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. Our ideal candidate will be able to speak to their selling and consulting skillset while having a proven track rate in a sales and / or KPI-driven environment. Reliability high attention to detail and an outgoing and confident sales approach are amongst the qualities we seek . Experience using CRM databases (such a Zenoti ) is a plus.
