Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

Pay Rate : $2091.18 - $2291.40
Start your assignment ASAP as a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Arizona. This 13-week position offers a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with no on-call requirements. Arizona is known for its stunning desert landscapes, outdoor recreation, and lively arts scene, making it an appealing destination for travel healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will provide musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, develop comprehensive care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for chart review, quality assurance, and clinical documentation improvement. The assignment is managed through MSP, and credentialing must be completed one week before your start date. Candidates must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license and have at least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and current vaccinations are required.
