Burn Surgeon Opportunity – Dallas, Texas

Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Dallas, TX , is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Burn Surgeon to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment that combines advanced medical resources with compassionate care.

Position Overview :

The Burn Surgeon will provide comprehensive care for patients with acute burn injuries, complex wounds, and reconstructive needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong surgical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing burn care through clinical practice, education, and research.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide operative and non-operative management of burn and complex wound patients

Lead and participate in multidisciplinary care within the burn unit and surgical services

Perform reconstructive procedures, including grafts and flaps

Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents, fellows, and medical staff

Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance burn care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards

Qualifications :

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution

Board-certified / eligible in Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, or related specialty with Burn Fellowship training

Eligible for Texas medical license

Strong clinical, surgical, and academic skills

Commitment to patient care, teamwork, and professional development
