Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution – Execute the roadmap for data and AI-enablement products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.

Champion AI-native thinking – Design, test, and iterate product concepts with a focus on AI integration.

Drive partnership – Collaborate with Data and AI ecosystem players to co-create solutions.

Data Product Leadership – Deliver data-readiness products that enable customers to leverage ETL, RAG, and fine-tuning for their AI agents.

Optimise pipelines – Work with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure data pipelines are optimised for model training and real-time inference.

User journey & UX – Define user journeys and create experience visions for UI and front-end engineering teams.

Customer-Centric Development – Deeply understand enterprise customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Adoption & Satisfaction – Work closely with customers and customer-success teams to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.

Feature scoping – Ensure that features are scoped with customer needs and business value in mind.

Cross-Functional Influence – Over-communicate and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of products.

Stakeholder alignment – Clearly communicate your product vision and influence without authority to rally stakeholders.

Engineering collaboration – Translate customer needs into execution with world-class user experience.

Qualifications

Strong customer empathy and a record of internalising feedback to drive product development with engineering.

Proven success in shipping data products, especially handling structured and unstructured data.

Experience building data-readiness systems for AI pipelines.

Experience building AI and agentic platforms / products.

Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams, balancing long-term vision with near-term deliverables.

Savvy in using AI tools to communicate product vision and execution.

5 years of product management experience with a focus on AI or data-centric platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Hiring Range : $169,800 – $233,500 – for Primary Location of USA – CA – Palo Alto. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
