Now Hiring: Production Operators – Manufacturing Facility

We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined Operators to support production in a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, computer‑controlled processes, and following clear procedures in a fast‑paced setting.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production processes using automated control systems
• Make equipment or process adjustments as needed to maintain flow and quality
• Report equipment issues or variations in the process promptly
• Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP or similar) on equipment and lines
• Handle raw materials and ensure proper flow throughout the production process
• Follow all procedures for chemical handling and safety
• Record accurate production data in written and electronic systems
• Perform basic quality checks, simple calculations, and data entry
• Assist in other departments as needed (loading, packaging, general cleaning, audit prep, etc.)
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and GMP requirements

🛠️ What You Bring

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand 12‑hour shifts
• Comfortable working in hot or physically demanding environments
• Basic troubleshooting skills (preferred)
• Dependable, safety‑focused work habits

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
