Coding Team Lead - Clinic Billing & Admin

This Coding Team Lead - Clinic Billing & Admin is responsible for all aspects of chart audits and coding for the professional services that are billed through the CRMG Central Billing Office. The Coding Team Leader works with the Director to develop coding compliance standards, policies, and procedures and conducts audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with those standards and policies. Works with staff and Physicians to educate regarding any coding issues or opportunities, and leads all Coding Staff.

High School Diploma Required

College level coursework in Business/Healthcare related field preferred.

Certified Coding Specialist Required

Additional Certification Details:

Certified Coding Specialist, Certified Professional Coder, or other acceptable coding certificate required.
