Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for the Customer Success Team
Create training materials and conduct training sessions through various methods
Assess training needs and monitor training effectiveness to ensure compliance and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in coaching, training, or presenting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training content
3+ years of experience in a training or learning & development role is preferred
