Senior Vice President, Information Systems

AI Leadership & Innovation (Key Candidate Responsibilities)

  • Lead AI Integration : Define and execute Victra’s AI strategy, ensuring emerging technologies are embedded in our IT roadmap and business processes.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Business Transformation : Champion the use of AI for automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify and Close Gaps with AI : Assess current capabilities, identify areas where AI can address business challenges, and implement strategic solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Establish AI Performance Metrics : Develop KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives and ensure accountability for results.
  • Collaborate Across Functions : Partner with executives, technical leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage AI Vendor Relationships : Oversee strategic partnerships with AI technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure solutions support speed, scalability, and business needs.
  • Build AI Talent : Recruit, mentor, and develop teams with expertise in AI, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization’s strategic IT plan in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for IT department heads and staff.
  • Oversee financial management for the IT division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical business practices.
  • Provide regular updates on IT organizational performance to the Board of Directors.
  • Lead teams to ensure successful operation, growth, and profitability of the IT division.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business operations, technology practices, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions about policy, strategy, and operational changes.
  • Promote Victra’s values and mission, ensuring all IT activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience in the IT retail space, ideally with AI expertise.
  • Ability to manage large-scale operations (up to 1,500 locations).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Experience with business development, revenue generation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and lead transformational change.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and proficiency in negotiation and operational management.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and goal-oriented.
