Hommage Bakehouse in San Diego, CA is looking for one baker to join our 9 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Mix and blend batters, creams, etc.
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form croissants, kouign amann, rolls, cookies, or other products.
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
  • Prepare and maintain inventory
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications :

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • 1 year experience minimum in a bakery environment, croissant experience a plus

    • Hours :

  • Monday / Tuesday 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • Sunday / Wednesday / Thursday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
