The Operational Excellence Co-Op position is dedicated to exposing the applicant to multiple opportunities related to Crown's Lean Management System. These opportunities can either be project-based or event / experience-based depending on the background of the applicant and current department work focus.

Job Responsibilities :

• Support value stream mapping projects and events opportunities to learn and use software such as Video TimerPro, eVSM, Visio etc.
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, process mapping, etc. events within multiple plants / departments.
• Support Operational Excellence web-based and instructor-led training module development opportunities to learn and use PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Create pages for lean resources within Operational Excellence's SharePoint page tracking systems, dashboards, repositories opportunities to learn and use Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, etc.
• Assist with conducting and / or tracking historical data for continuous improvement events or assessments.
